Blessings!

I am privileged to contribute to this blog! I grew up with Jonathan and Becky. Jonathan is my brother, and now Becky is my sister. I love them so much! I just want to share a few things about them.In case you are reading for the first time, make sure you check out their story. It is amazing! And I look for it to become even more miraculous over the next few years.

Becky and I struggled together in the beginning of our marriages. It took a few years for God to give us children. Even then, Becky unselfishly told me she wanted me to be first. After those couple of years, I entered the Mom-realm. I traded the “want” for the “have.” I felt so selfish, snuggling my babies, knowing Jonathan and Becky “deserved” children just as much as we did.

The truth is, no one deserves any blessings! No matter how good we are, or may think we are, it’s not enough! Why should you help? To simply be a blessing! Has anyone ever blessed you out of the blue? It happened to me just a few days ago. A sweet lady in our church slipped a $50 into my hand, just because she wanted to help us! Be a blessing!

Becky is an amazing aunt!! She works so hard to find special gifts for birthdays and Christmas. She plays in the floor with the kids. When we’re all together, I want to brush my kids off with a “not now” while she goes and so carefully helps with whatever silly thing I didn’t want to be bothered with. A great mom in the making!

I will share more about Jonathan another time. 😉

For now, please help them reach their dreams! Just $5.00 will go a long way. Thank you so much for reading. And most importantly, thank you for praying!
